Help: Major texture and sound issues

Has one of you tried to format your HD drive yet? While this workaround can be a little bit of a hazzle (back up your data first etc.) it would be interesting to know if one of you has this issue still after cleaning the whole hard drive. I want to say thanks for all your data and can understand that you want to get an update. We will keep you updated as soon as we have some news.

Hello community manager, do you have anything to say? I notice that this problem is being ignored. Not very good customer service is it? Selling a game you know is broken shouldn't be allowed! I worked hard to earn the money to buy this game!
We are just being left out, I'm really dissapointed.. No responds in over a month... but i keep bumping this

Meanwhile, if you think this is official anything, you are mistaken. If a Game Adviser sends you here, tell him you want to hear from his supervisor because he's not doing his job (be polite, but insistent).
