Just started a new thread called "360 version broken for many gamers"

Thought I would open a new thread to see if you guys would ignore this one too. For a small percentage of 360 gamers titanfall is unplayable due to a texture glitch. You guys are aware of this and have been for some time(over a month). No mention of a fix, a date or even acknowledgment that it's the games fault. I have paid a premium price for YOUR product and have been unable to use it, is this how you treat your customers if they fall below a certain number? Not enough of us complaining so the best thing to do is look the other way and hope we give up. It's just not good enough! I have spoken to many of your "customer service" representatives and even though they acknowledge the problem, the best they could do was log a complaint?! Basically they told me that even though your product was broken and I had been ripped off, I should just wait for a fix that may never come or send it back! That's the advice of your staff! ( that whole process took me over 3 hours and I spoke to 3 people) So to sum up I have followed all the tricks to fix it(which is a joke anyway, it should just work out of the box!), I have gone back to the shop several times at my expense to get a new copy(3times, petrol,etc) wasted my time online speaking to "helpers" and been looking on here only to discover you don't want to speak to the many people that are asking for help. Is there anyone at EA that is willing to take responsibility for this and at least admit that we should just cut out losses and send it back? If that's the case then you should put a disclaimer on you product!
