Thank you for taking the time for a reply. I realize that you may not even be an employee of EA or its affiliates and merely a community volunteer.
However, if this is only a community self-help forum, and it ISN'T the proper forum for genuine product support, and a more appropriate one DOES actually exist, why haven't any forum moderators directed any of us to that thread at some point during the past year?
I understand that you don't like being brow beaten, but the recognition of frustration and a reassurance that the situation is being looked at can go a long way.
Or, perhaps you just don't like to lie on the behalf of a company with as poor a track record of support as EA, which is understandable since it isn't your responsibility. But then, why is this even here, and whose responsibility is it?
