Help: Major texture and sound issues

Problem occurs regardless of HDMI cable or component input. Glitch usually occurs as soon as I enter matchmaking screen; At best, I get one round and it occurs when I dump back out to matchmaking at end of round. Problem has never NOT occurred. Very unlikely that it is "heat" related.
Clean Installs, clearing cache, loading without any DLC installed, setting to 30Hz; none of these help.
It's pretty sad that this issue has been going on since at least April of last year, basically since release, and there seems to be no recognition of the problem. I haven't bought an EA game at retail since Mass Effect 3, based on principle. I only purchased Titanfall since it was $20 on sale on Live, and it turns out it wasn't even worth THAT since it is an unplayable mess in its current state.
This issue, coupled with this 11 page 11 month old, unanswered, unhelpful thread, certainly hasn't helped that any.
