Help: Major texture and sound issues

Waiting for an EA Live Chat Game Advisor. Currently sitting at 36 mins and counting.
Update: Still waiting at 60 minutes - That's 1 hour for the layman.
Update: Went to the store and came back 90 Mins. Still No chat connection, just a welcoming:
"Thanks for Contacting EA!
Please wait while we connect you to an EA Game Advisor."
Connection "Timed Out". Reloaded, and message said approx wait time, "5 Mins". That was 15 mins ago.
Update: No wonder EA can't make a game that works if they think that 5 is an approximation of 90, as in another 90 mins and counting as I wait for:

The timer has been bad throughout the entire known history of Answer HQ (I am a plank owner here, more or less), and apparently it has not ever been considered important enough to repair.
Weekends, there are very few Game Advisers on duty, and waits of two hours are *NOT* at all unusual.
Only when the on-screen timer promises 4 minutes or less does it seem particularly dependable, in my own personal experience.
