HELP TITANFALL GAME TIME REQUEST ACTIVATION CODE

Guys please help ! Today i activate my GAME TIME TITANFALL. All worked fine until i got out from computer . After 5 hours i got on my computer again wishing to play Titanfall again ( 37 hours remaini...

Tried doing my 48 hour trial period and it tells me I used it already.  I definitely have not tried the game at all yet.  I have gone through 2 software updates instead. 

Can my gametime be reset so I can try the game?
