HELP TITANFALL GAME TIME REQUEST ACTIVATION CODE

Guys please help ! Today i activate my GAME TIME TITANFALL. All worked fine until i got out from computer . After 5 hours i got on my computer again wishing to play Titanfall again ( 37 hours remaini...

I actived the game, it loaded into the pilot training, and crashed.  When I went to restart it patched the game.  After the patch finished I get an error message about:

Active displayname field missing from registry..... and then asks for a product code or to buy the game.  While in My Games it tells me I still have free gametime.

How do I fix this, and can I get my time reset, since I've used less than 5 minutes of the 48 hours before this happened?
