Help with First Respawnder Banner

I saw someone with a * banner in-game and went to the wiki to find out how to get it.

The banner is called "First Respawnder" : https://titanfall2.fandom.com/wiki/First_Respawnder

Supposedly signing up for the titanfall newsletter unlocks it. However, after signing up with the same email as my origin account and receiving a confirmation I still haven't received it.

I'm not sure if the wiki is incorrect or something is bugged. Any help is appreciated.
