How can I play with foreign language audio and English subtitles?

The English language voice acting in this grates on my ears, but I couldn't find any settings to have foreign language audio and English subtitles. Maybe I'm missing it because I can't read the foreign language UI? It's definitely not in the language settings launcher, and I couldn't find any editable text files containing such settings.

@0101010101011110 On origin you change it on Game properties in Origin.

On Steam you need change it under properties and the language .

@0101010101011110 are you using Origin or Steam version of the game?

Steam, but I think I could get a refund and buy the Origin version if that's easier. I'd like to know both.
(I hadn't noticed that first bullet point in the signature before, so this is a repost of my previous reply.)

i was thinking the same, so does the subtitles change automatically to english and the audio lets say german, because it doesnt give subtitle option
