How to get a refund after 7 days?

How do you get a refund after 7 days? Normally I wouldn't even ask. This game just has too many issues. The Origin Token issue where you can't get in game, the Origin failed token refresh where you get kicked out of games, the stuck on initializing screen, the stuck on the ship screen. It has to be the worst coding ever. I paid for the digital deluxe edition and dread even trying to log in and play.

  There are over 90 pages of complaints about connection issues with no resolution. The line "we are aware of this problem and are working on it only lasts so long." And in most cases there isn't even a response. When someone buys a game for $79.99 they expect to be able to log in and play with no issues. They don't expect to have to set up stuff on their router or modem, delete files in their Origin folder and try a bunch of crazy fixes that don't work.

 EA it's time to refund for this horrible game full of issues!!!

    I wish we could  but knowing EA I doubt they will let use get refuns. I've yet to play 2 matches back to back without the game crashing, i normally only last 10 minutes in a match before i get "titanfall.exe has stopped working"

    I clicked the link ( http://help.ea.com/) suggested and filled out an online form. Live Chat is an hour wait so I opted to have them call in about 12 minutes.

    Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.

    Can't I get a refund for the xbox one? It's retail bought. I don't want to but 19 days and I haven't been able to play a game, not even training.

    I don't know about XBOX but, EA did call me back although well after the 12 minutes. I talked to the guy on the phone for just a few minutes and he did issue a refund and said it will be in my bank within 5 to 7 business dates. If it makes it to my bank I will come back and say this issue, for me anyway is resolved. Titanfall was removed from my Origin Games list just about as soon as I hung up with EA so, that may be a good sign that a refund was really issued

    Worked for me. I got a refund after 7 days. This issue is solved for me anyway. No more worrying about connection issues. I just gotta find a new game to play.

    If you bout your copy vie Origin within the 7 days, yes you would.  But you purchased the game at retailer.  Best option here is to contact EA to see if there's other options.
