How to get a refund after 7 days?
How do you get a refund after 7 days? Normally I wouldn't even ask. This game just has too many issues. The Origin Token issue where you can't get in game, the Origin failed token refresh where you get kicked out of games, the stuck on initializing screen, the stuck on the ship screen. It has to be the worst coding ever. I paid for the digital deluxe edition and dread even trying to log in and play.
There are over 90 pages of complaints about connection issues with no resolution. The line "we are aware of this problem and are working on it only lasts so long." And in most cases there isn't even a response. When someone buys a game for $79.99 they expect to be able to log in and play with no issues. They don't expect to have to set up stuff on their router or modem, delete files in their Origin folder and try a bunch of crazy fixes that don't work.
EA it's time to refund for this horrible game full of issues!!!
