How to upgrade to deluxe edition

I bought the game in standard edition cause in asia zone (zone3) the deluxe one doesn't there.So i have doubt how to upgrade it to deluxe one.

Hi, If it come for sell wat about day one dlc for deluxe ,we will eventually get it too?
