I cannot connect to Titanfall 2 multiplayer.

I cannot connect to multiplayer after installing the patch (30 November).  When I get to the home screen, all I get is "This profile is not permitted online".  Please can someone help?

Same on PS4.

I already tried to reinstall/re download the game, switch accounts, rebuild database and license restore - no luck...
