I cannot connect to Titanfall 2 multiplayer.

I cannot connect to multiplayer after installing the patch (30 November).  When I get to the home screen, all I get is "This profile is not permitted online".  Please can someone help?

It Is Weird that NO ONE FROM EA GAMES reply over these issues not here nor on Titan Fall 2 Forums !!!!
