I cant connect to the multiplayer

When I start the game it says connecting to the Data Centres and in the multiplayer part it shows a text saying connecting to Respawn servers, I have done what this post told me to do (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Titanfall-Games/I-can-t-connect-to-multiplayer/m-p/12968143/highlight/true#M56039) but still can't seem to be working after I checked the files in Steam and did a Cache Clear in the EA App, plus I don't have any of this "network adaptors" or what people keep saying.
