I can't connect to the respawn servers

i can not play multiplayer and it says Contacting Respawn Servers all the time even you guy upgrade the game. i already tried reinstall the game, uninstall the antivirus or turn off my firewall.
Also i followed this video

i do it step by step and it doesn't work for me !

@chaoslf Hi, while disabling extra network adapters is a common and useful step, there are some other things you can try.

For example you may need to open the ports listed on this page: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/titanfall/titanfall-2/troubleshoot-titanfall-2-issues
