I can't create a Private Match nor join anyone's Network Invite. Why?

Question

I can't create a Private Match, create a Network Invite, nor join a Network Invite, but everything else seems to be fine with the game. &nbsp;It is almost as if I am restricted in some way (minimum level requirement, etc), but I have not been able to figure out why. &nbsp;If I select one of these options, the game makes the usual sound effect for selecting a game mode, then does nothing (one or more take me back to the main multiplayer screen). &nbsp;I can't create my own Private Match nor join anyone else's. &nbsp;Frustrating. Please help. &nbsp;Thanks!

@Hypodactylus&nbsp;Hi, thanks for the detailed post.&nbsp;What system are you on?Are you able to swap network freely? If you change your datacenter from the main menu does that have any effect?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I am using a PS4. &nbsp;I am able to switch networks without issue, but the issues persist. &nbsp;I tried using a different data center, but the issues persist. &nbsp;Everything else seems to be working fine with the game, I just can't select the 'Private Match' mode, join an 'Invite Network' match, nor create an 'Invite Network' match. &nbsp;If I select the 'Invite Network' option, it takes me to the match type select screen, but once I select a match, the game simply returns me to the multiplayer main screen. &nbsp;If I try to select the 'Private Match' mode on its own (no invite or anything, just the game mode), the game makes the selection sound effect but does absolutely nothing (it remains on the selection menu with 'Private Match' highlighted).
