@EA_Darko Are you seriously blaming the players on this? The Titanfall 2 servers are under DDOS or something right now, and have been for well over a week. I get tired of seeing these same canned responses instead of actual action taking place.
I mean - it was in the gaming news websites all over the place. It seemed to have been fixed for a week or two, but the 8-10 days, it's happening again. Might get lucky and get into one game a day - the rest are disconnects, ping climbing from 60ish - 2500 as soon as you drop out of the dropship, or you just get disconnected with a packet failed error message.
I have a 1.2 gig connection from XFinity. I'm on a wired connection on my PC. I can play literally ANY other game with no troubles. This is a problem specific to Titanfall 2. Your company is STILL SELLING THE GAME as of today, and won't maintain the servers so that the games are playable. (I'm including the first Titanfall in there)
So why would we want to purchase future EA / Respawn games? If you're willing to do that to one franchise, your company is willing to do that to others.

- @Magikf1ngers To be fair, that post was from July. Darko knows what's going on, there's a post of him in another thread. When it comes to other EA support employees tho, that's another story...
- @DeadEcho82 It's ridiculous, though, that EA Support are kept out of the loop and thus keep regurgitating the same delusional 'this is a you problem' conclusion. This has been going on for nearly 6 months (with a short respite during summer), it's out there already, why aren't they informed? And if they are, why are they still trying to shift blame at this point? It makes no sense.
That may be the case, but if he's the one that's paying attention, then he needs to be the one to hear the frustration of us fans. He's the one that needs to be running up and down the halls of EA (Figuratively - not literally) screaming at the top of his lungs that EA is losing customers, and has a goldmine of a game that the fans love, and if they'd just fix it and give us new content, they'd make bank as long as they don't launch it between Battlefield and COD again.
My anger isn't with Darko - it's with EA/Respawn. I've been a huge fan of this franchise since the day Titanfall launched. I was even a volunteer moderator for the official Respawn Titanfall 2 forums. I'm an admin in two Titanfall related Discords. I hear it every day from our members.
Additionally - how would you feel if you bought the game, played through the SPC in TF2, loved it, then jumped into multiplayer to play, and had it act the way it is? Not only would it sour you to the franchise, but EA/Respawn as a whole.
Just watch - as soon as Apex Legends starts dwindling, they'll do the same thing to it that they've done to Titanfall. They have no incentive not to.
