@DeadEcho82 It's ridiculous, though, that EA Support are kept out of the loop and thus keep regurgitating the same delusional 'this is a you problem' conclusion. This has been going on for nearly 6 months (with a short respite during summer), it's out there already, why aren't they informed? And if they are, why are they still trying to shift blame at this point? It makes no sense.
