In-Game Stutter, Very Annoying, Please Help

I've seen people have this problem a lot, and I've tried some proposed fixes for it to no avail yet. Basically every 10-15, maybe 20 seconds when running the game in any part of the game, in a match, menus, whatever, my screen will freeze for about a full second and then jump back into running fine. The first "freeze" happens within the first 5 seconds of the video.

My PC Specs:

GTX 650 TI

i5-2310

6GB RAM

(can post any other needed specs)

I run the game on basically low to medium settings, and I get 60+ FPS, so my rig isn't the proiblem, it can run it just fine. I've tried turning off VSynch in-game, and then overriding that from the Nvidia control panel as suggested on several sites, including a major post on the Subreddit for Titanfall. No other game does this, whether it's from a disk, Steam or Origin. I've never experienced this before, any and all help is appreciated, thanks.
