Thank you for taking the time to hear us and examine the problems we are having;
1. Yes and No. Sometimes very easily, sometimes it may take 5 or 6 rounds of Server searches to connect me to a Multiplayer lobby.
2. Mostly during mid-match. (terribly annoying). Campaign, almost impossible to find a game. Most times will kick me out.
3. Completed rounds previously only in Multiplayer, Campaign was inaccessible until the last update.
4. Daily basis, at least twice in say ten rounds of Multiplayer.
5. Cable over Modem Network (Belkin), Telstra.

1. - Are you able to connect at all? Yes and No, 50% of the time it takes ages but eventually connects. Other 50% time automatically chucks me into east asia servers
2. - When does the disconnection occur? During match-making, mid-game, during the end of match report screen? about 30% of matches get the 'retrying connection to server' then kicks everyone out mid game. Occasionally get the end of game 'client desychronisation' kick as well
3. - Is this the first time in the game or have you completed rounds previously? Bought the game at launch, was generally fine up until the big crash of the Aussie servers a month ago. Glad they are being worked on now.
4. - How often are you noticing a disconnect? 30% of matches
5. - How are are you connected (Details about wired/cabled, ISP, router modem and type of connection)? Wired connection, Optus cable, Netgear modem however my airport extreme router doesnt make any difference if i wire it through that aswell
