1. - Are you able to connect at all? Never.
2. - When does the disconnection occur? During match-making, mid-game, during the end of match report screen? Prior to entering game. It seems to leave the lobby to begin the game but then instantly says "connection timed out."
3. - Is this the first time in the game or have you completed rounds previously? Haven't been able to join a game at all.
4. - How often are you noticing a disconnect? 100%
5. - How are are you connected (Details about wired/cabled, ISP, router modem and type of connection)? I'm using Wireless-N connection to my router. I havve a FTTH cable connection. I am in Melbourne and the data centre shows a ping of 17ms.
