invisable wall in TF2 makes progression of story impossable

in the end of the section in the beacon chapter where the pilot finds the arc tool there is now an invisible wall that has stopped me from progressing for the last 8 months. link to video of bug htt...

    @Skypaint96 if you load last checkpoint does that help out?

@EA_Atic Yes, this was the case, i tried to do the arc tool/fins/fan room skip, made the gap but i dont think i got the checkpoint. i ran through the level again, going through that last room, and vwuala it worked.
