Japanese language not supported for Hong Kong/Taiwan Region?

It seems your issue is different from the usual dash issue for language swapping.

We'll escalate it to the Origin and Studio teams, and come back to you when we have more information.

    @duzja22: you're in a different situation, it seems the version you've purchased is English only (probably an online retailer?), which wouldn't allow a language swap.

    If you want a version with other languages, get a refund for your game and purchase a worldwide version. 🙂
