Bought the Jump Start pack for Titanfall 2. Tried everything to resolve issue, including installing the Jump Start pack, restarting Titanfall II and my Xbox to no avail. Can I either, A: get my 6.99$ back or B: Get the credits added to my account. Other players are experiencing this problem too. Need help.
Also, my xbox user is XNooblets. I can send screenshots of my purchase history if it helps.

I bought the Jump Start Pack from the EA app, but I've not gotten the Credits, XP booster or the camo at all.
currently fighting a losing battle back and forth in email support with EA, my recommendation to you is to appeal to your bank or Paypal for consumer protection and refund.
in the emails, I've sent back and forth 8 times the same information, and one of the support people event told me information for a game that I don't own. EA SPORTS FC 24.
I have had to repeatedly state that "I bought the Jump Start Pack, but I didn't receive the promised 500 credits, 10 XP boosters and Camo"
feels like I'm talking to automated bots rather than an actual person reading the emails.
so again: appeal to your Bank or Paypal, they actually care about your money.
