Hello, I bought a key and told me to wait one den.Key not let me! Cann't give me key.Ved I'm not wasting a lot of money.                                            Thank you.

If you bought a key then you'll want to contact the retailer that sold it to you.

If you bought directly from Origin it should automatically appear on your account.
