Same here, I live in Mexico and I get 50ms to south servers but when I get into a match ping goes around 190 to 200ms while in other games it neves goes beyond 90ms. I also get lag spikes and then the game crashes to desktop with no error windows or anything, my character and bullets just freezes midair (everything else keeps moving) and then crash to desktop.
Just so you guys know I got a hold of a tech via origin support and they are saying since it is a connectivity issue that I need to contact microsoft. Im going to contact MS over the weekend and see what they and will update you guys on monday. Hopefully they ahve a fix.

I did this a week or so ago. I am Xbox One. I apparently had a corrupt save file. MS reset the file and all the lag I was experiencing was gone. Until the next day. It was incredible for the few hours I got to play. Then things went downhill again. This game is no longer fun and sadly has gone the way of Battlefield 4.

I wish I was as lucky as you guys, getting as high as 400 sometimes here. Other games are working fine.

I didn't even do anything and it's fine now. I can no longer set my textures to Insane, but getting easily over 30 FPS now with everything set to High (and Shadows are Disabled). Ping is consistenly lower than 50, and aside from the occasional rubber-banding, I'm getting no issues.
All I did was stop using a VPN. :S
