Low ping to data center, high ping in-game?

Since launch I have been getting extremely high pings in game (usually 100-150ms). I live in Southern California and my ping to the West US datacenter is 33ms. I play with friends who live in Norther...

I got this problem yesterday. Around 70 Mbit/s down and 11 up with 14 in ping. In game my ping was about 800. I haven't tried this broken game today but i hope it works...
