[March 20th update] Connection Issues for Xbox One and PC

Platform: PC

Internet Provider: Not sure, using university internet.

Router Brand: Again, not sure.

Data Center connecting to in game: US West

What error are you getting: After playing for an hour or two, I'm greeted with a screen saying "connecting,,," which stays there until I close the game. Upon opening the game again I get stuck on loading screen with ships until connection times out, or I close the game manually. Remains this way until I try a couple hours later, and the cycle continues.
