Internet Provider: Triple Broadband (3BB Thailand)

Router Brand: D-link DSL 2750U

Data Center connecting to in game: SEA, East Asia, Japan West

What error are you getting: Stuck on the screen with the ships until a message pops up saying the server has timed out
