What error are you getting:
I live in East Asia(Ping 40 ms from the server list), but i can't play it with East Asia server, it just keeps looping with the ship on background.
(and the Server SouthEast Asia, West Japan)
But I can Play Titanfall with West USA server(Ping 160 ms), Weird.And I have tried, changing my dynamic IP and Opening my firewall ports and still can't play it on East Asia.
