[March 20th update] Connection Issues for Xbox One and PC

Platform:  Xbox One

Country: Australia

Internet Provider: Optus

Router Brand:  Unsure just the one that comes with the internet

Data Center connecting to in game:  East Asia

What error are you getting: Get stuck at the "ship" loading screen until I close the Gane or get a "Connection Timed Out" error.
