Unfortunately, stuck at ships loading screen was not fixed on my PC by switching the texture resolution to low

There are 10 pages of people with the same problem as me so I'm not gonna post all that stuff. I played the beta on the One just fine and I've been trying to play the full game for three days now without ever getting into a single match. I've never experienced anything like this and it's absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't be so upset if it at least worked sometimes. I just want to play this amazing game.

    if u try doing stuff in the menus like changing settings and going bak or watching the cinematic and exiting it does it freeze the game?
