What error are you getting: When I launch the game from the home screen, the party chat I'm in crashes. I get kicked out of it instantly and can't turn the chat back on. It then takes me about 40-50 seconds to get in to a lobby by myself (the loading screen with the ship). Sometimes I can't even get that far. It often says connection timed out. Then I start matchmaking where it takes another 2-3 minutes some times for the game to load. This causes me to miss first rounds of gametypes like Last Titan Standing. Then at the end of the game it takes so long to load to get me back to the lobby that I get disconnected. The long load times are unbearable. This happens every time I play and I feel like I am getting ripped off.
My internet connection should not be the problem. I used speedtest.net and my ping was 12, download speed 39.19 Mbps, upload speed 11.70 Mbps. I can play any other game flawlessly. Even other EA titles such as Battlefield 4 and PvZ Garden Warfare. I opened all the suggested ports on the EA help site and still have this problem. Please help, I can't even enjoy this game.
EDIT: After playing one game I finally made it back to pregame lobby...with only 30 seconds left. Isn't it supposed to be 90 seconds? I am now loading another round, been waiting 3 minutes for the game to put me in.
