For anyone running PeerBlock (or equivalent) software:
'Microsoft Corp', 'Amazon Technologies' and 'Electronic Arts' server IP's are all being blocked automatically - either disable the program or check your blocked IP logs and (permanently?) allow these connections... And again, check all firewalls to open the appropriate ports. Finally figured this out after hours of troubleshooting the issue.
No thanks to EA "support".. HA, what a joke.
Doesn't solve my situation. I don't run any kind of software like that. And at the time of trouble shooting even disabled windows firewall all together.
