[March 20th update] Connection Issues for Xbox One and PC

Managed to get passed the ships of death loading screen for the first time since launch.
Didn't do anything different, it just... went through

Played 2 matches and connection timed out after the second one..

Back to the ships of death again.

So don't know what was different that allowed me to get through that time and not any of the others.
