[March 20th update] Connection Issues for Xbox One and PC

Dudes, my bandwitch is **bleep**ty, but you don't need good bandwitch to play friggin' multiplayer. All other multiplayer games work just fine, stop trying to find fault on your end as it's clearly fault of EA/Respawn - it touches multiple people from multiple countries with multiple setups.
