I'd be happy with a "Sorry guys, we're working on this. Here's a free Origin game" or something. At this point I could have just waited a couple weeks after launch and probably bought it cheaper on Greenman.

Exactly.  This is insane.  Drop $60 on a game I can't even play during release week, with not even a response from EA or M$.

M$ tells me to contact EA

EA tells me to contact M$
