Internet Provider: Supernova Networks

Router Brand: Cisco

Router Model Number: linksys E1200

Data Center connecting to in game: North Central US

What error are you getting: Everytime I load the game, go to the main menu and hit "Play", a screen comes up saying "Connecting... - Attempting connection 1 of 10 / 2 of 10 / 3 of 10 etc., and it stays up endlessly without ever connecting.

What error are you getting: Try to join matchmaking and the Blue Spaceship screen appears with the loading spinner. It will just sit there forever and never connects.
