I know that in my case this is not about instalation as I've tried 2 different sources of Internet, and one worked while the other didn't. The one with better downloading capabilieties but with worse ping managed to get me through the ship screen.

This is ridiculous. Still cannot play.

Could a Mod or one of the support staff please provide an update?

just want to point something out to people that are troubleshooting. in the ship loading screen as well as the liading screen for getting into games, it seems that if the loading wheel does not eventually stutter it will not connect. everysingle time i noticed the wheel not stuttering i stay in that loading screen forever but when it does it means its actually connect ing to something and i progress passed it.

Just putting that out there. i will keep a keen eye to see if this pettern keeps happening
