What error are you getting: Constantly says "Retrying Connection to server" eventually says that I've lost connection to server.
Texture resolution is medium. Bare in mind that this did not occur during the beta or launch day. It was not until Thursday evening that the issues began to occur.
P.S. I'm just as upset about not being able to play as the next person and if this were a constant issue I would request my money back like anyy other consumer. However, going on the forums and shouting "they don't care" because they won't stop and coddle you every 5 minutes is ignorant and childish. One of their people started this thread so obviously they care. No company wants bad publicity, it cares because it needs the support of consumers. Chill out and find something to do so they can focus less on babysitting the forum and more on troubleshooting the problem. /rant
FYI this issue appears to go away if you remove anonymous request filtering. However, I suggest no one does this without a very good software firewall and knowledge.
They communicated and asked for specific information to address the issue. The random squabbles are like children asking "Are we there yet?" Telling you what issue they are looking at every step of the way does nothing for them reaching a resolution.
