Whoever said we wanted to be coddled every 5 minutes? Some of us have not been able to play any of the game since launch and just want to know which issues are being looked into. Communication is key for any company that wants to provide good customer service. Personally I only have until Tuesday to get a cash refund. So the sooner an update the better.

FYI this issue appears to go away if you remove anonymous request filtering.  However, I suggest no one does this without a very good software firewall and knowledge.
