12 years agoWhoever said we wanted to be coddled every 5 minutes? Some of us have not been able to play any of the game since launch and just want to know which issues are being looked into. Communication is key for any company that wants to provide good customer service. Personally I only have until Tuesday to get a cash refund. So the sooner an update the better.

12 years agoThey communicated and asked for specific information to address the issue. The random squabbles are like children asking "Are we there yet?" Telling you what issue they are looking at every step of the way does nothing for them reaching a resolution.
