[March 20th update] Connection Issues for Xbox One and PC

Country: USA

Internet Provider:

Router Brand: D-Link, Cisco

Router Model Number: D-Link DIR-860L, Cisco EA2700

Data Center connecting to in game: US East/West/Central North/Central South, East Asia, Southeast Asia, West Japan

What error are you getting: Stuck at the ship loading screen 80% of the time, made it in to the lobby 20% of the time, but then either stuck at the Connecting screen or gets a connection time out error.
