Data Center connecting to in game: Europe West

What error are you getting: Retrying connect to server...................I get this message all the damn time and it is making the game impossible to play. What is odd though, is that it has varied. Some matches have been ok with a 50ms ping and that message rarely popping up. But now, it is about 90% of the game.

Also I never had this in the beta, so I think the issue has to be server side and due to the volume of traffic.
