What error are you getting: Stuck at the loading screen after pressing "Play" (the screen with the ships in space and the loading circle in the lower right just spinning away to infinity)
Seriously, I was able to pass the loading screen ONCE, played a bit of the tutorial, but I had to leave for work. I was able to connect after trying so many times. That was a day ago. Now, none of my attempts have worked.
And before you ask, yes I restarted modem, router, PC, run as admin, reinstall game, etc. None have worked. Come on, this isn't even remotely funny. A game I spent a considerable amount of money on, and in two days I haven't been in even ONE match...

What error are you getting: infinity loading at the space ship screen, after that i tried to use VPN connect to japan severs, it connected to game but usually have the high ping of 980ms, some days luckily have 200-300ms. I wanna know , why the game i bought need to use so many ways to connect(using VPN, or change to fixed IP, etc) and wait much of time in loading(used about 10minutes per load), why cant you just fixed the sever problem in some affectd countries that players mentioned first, not just update and fix game contents , the players which cant even connected ONCE to the game simply cant enjoy these updates and keep disappointing. We(the players which cant even connected to the game) are looking forward to fixed the problems (sever, IP, ping ,etc) immediately. thank you for your attention
