Guys guys, I checked the info which was provided for Belking and xb1 as a solution, and I did the same on my PC, and it worked..
If you didnt try it, give it a shot... I have DrayTek router but it magically helped.
so go to you Network Connections / Select 'Properties' for your active wifi connection / Select Internet protocol version 4 TCP/IP v4 and 'Properties' / in the upper part change the IP to : Obtain IP address automaticaly , and below select: User following preferred DNS addresses, and enter
Prefferred dns server : 4.2.2.2
Alternate dns server : 8.8.8.8
hit Ok, and try Titanfall.... no change was done on the router itself ( no port forwarding etc.. ) , so my PC is now out of the local network but at least I can play .

I tried this hours ago and it didn't change a thing. I am also not using a Belkin and I am on the Xbox.
