11 years agoSo... I actually resolved this by opening the ports and using Level 3's DNS 4.2.2.2, however, I am not exactly comfortable with the fact that I have to bounce my connection to a specific dns, so please find an actual resolution to this issue.

Yes, I just tried changing my DNS to a publc DNS from router and it did connect.
Not sure if this is permenant or just got lucky ....

You are just lucky^^ i always got my dns public etc. :P - Still i forgott to tell that the ports are not the solution anyway. I was by my brother he didnt have anything configured on his router, and i could connect that freakin easy. 🙂 Now im at home got ports open DMZ etc. and it wont work cause of my internet bandwidth
