guys you dont have problems in your computers or your internet, stop folowing what custumers suport told you, they even don't know what they are telling you just reading a paper
just look all your other games are working with the same internet so why this **bleep**ing game is not ???
Want to tell a big thx for EA for making me losing money in this stupid game and making me losing time in downloading 50 giga with an internet that dl 110kb/s
and i hope someone of the custumers will tell that its a bad internet (just before saying that think about bf4 and other similar game) they are running really good

I couldn't agree more, for new players that came across the issue, you will notice EA support, Xbox live support and even the goddamn devs (at their tweeter) don't know OR don't want to akwnoledge what is going on, and since we are a minority (or are we?) they just start repeating steps that don'e even work. It's been 5 days, no official aknowledgment of the issue, and this is turning into a fking joke. I don't know about you but coming Monday, I'm refunding this game that can't even function as such.
