I have the digital download for xbox one. Downloaded it wireless and it gets stuck on connecting retrieving matchmaking and it just sits there. Xbox made me restore to factory and download again by hard line. I did and finally got to play. I then hooked it back in the living room to wireless and got to play with no issues. I came back this afternoon and I am getting the same problem. Microsoft refers me here and respawn does not reply. I know it is not the download package and it is not my xbox as all other games work. I have a bel kin wireless router model #f5d7234-4v1. It is a 4 ghz so signal is strong and I have max broadband that my cable provider gives me. I want a solution or I am selling the xbox one and games and will turn to sony for entertainment. Please reply. All my ports are open.
