Platform: PC 

Country:  UK

Internet Provider: Brunel University Network

Router Brand: Cisco (I think)

Data Center connecting to in game: West or North Europe

What error are you getting: I start the game, click play and get a loading screen for 15 minutes before a message saying the connection timed out.
